Job Overview

Ria Health is a national telehealth provider specializing in evidence‑based alcohol use disorder (AUD) treatment. We are hiring an Admissions Specialist to engage prospects, guide them through enrollment, and meet monthly enrollment targets.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct discovery calls to determine if Ria Health’s telehealth AUD treatment is the right fit, addressing financial and programmatic objections.
  • Manage insurance eligibility: collect information and collaborate with the Verifications Specialist before scheduled calls.
  • Guide prospects through the enrollment process: refer non‑eligible prospects to alternative resources and capture the highest point of intent.
  • Meet monthly enrollment targets with a focus on conversion rates and simplifying the decision‑making process.
  • Track all interactions in Salesforce CRM, ensuring data is accurate and up‑to‑date.
  • Provide feedback to the Enrollment team, suggesting and implementing scalable processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments; attend meetings and provide support to team members.
  • Proactively identify challenges and take action to resolve them independently.
Performance Metrics
  • Weekly feedback on key metrics: NPS, conversion rates, average talk time, accuracy, and calls accepted/completed per day.
Qualifications
  • Experience in education, sales, or a relevant field; ability to connect with potential patients and drive admissions outcomes both inbound and outbound.
  • 1‑3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare/patient care, customer engagement, or enrollment; prior sales or admissions experience preferred.
  • Polished, professional communication skills; ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
  • Tech‑savvy: comfortable using Salesforce, Google Suite, and other computer applications.
  • Passion for healthcare and technology; flexible, curious, and driven to find solutions to company challenges.
  • Commitment to HIPAA compliance: acknowledge and agree to abide by Ria Health’s policies to protect patient information and privacy.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation packages.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Paid time off (PTO) that supports work‑life balance.
  • Remote and hybrid work options based on role and business needs.
