Admissions Specialist
Ria Health seeks a self‑driven Admissions Specialist to join the Admissions Center team. The role focuses on engaging prospects, driving enrollment for telehealth AUD treatment, and consistently meeting monthly enrollment targets.
Responsibilities- Conduct discovery calls to determine if Ria Health’s telehealth AUD treatment fits the prospect’s needs, addressing financial and programmatic objections.
- Collect and verify insurance eligibility, collaborating with the Verifications Specialist and processing eligibility requests before scheduled calls.
- Guide prospects through the enrollment process, referring those who aren’t eligible to alternative resources and ensuring the highest point of intent is captured.
- Meet monthly enrollment targets with a focus on conversion rates and simplifying the decision‑making process for prospects.
- Record all customer interactions in Salesforce CRM, maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date data.
- Provide feedback to the Enrollment team to identify areas for improvement, suggesting and implementing scalable processes.
- Collaborate across teams, attending meetings and providing support and feedback to team members.
- Proactively identify challenges and take action to resolve them independently.
- Track interactions and submit weekly performance metrics, including NPS, conversion rates, average talk time, accuracy, and calls accepted/completed per day.
- Build trust and establish rapport through active listening, providing helpful information, and creating a positive experience for prospects.
- 1‑3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare/patient care, customer engagement, or enrollment; prior sales or admissions experience preferred.
- Experience in education, sales, or a related field; ability to connect with potential patients and drive admissions outcomes through inbound and outbound calls.
- Polished and professional communication skills, able to build rapport and trust quickly.
- Tech‑savvy with comfortable use of computer applications and systems such as Salesforce and Google Suite.
- Passion for healthcare and technology, with flexibility, curiosity, and a drive to find solutions.
