**** About the Role
** This role will own a portfolio of franchisee accounts and be their main point of contact for paid media. Most weeks are built around performance review meetings: walking owners through how their campaigns are doing, answering their questions, and recommending what to do next.

Campaign setup, optimization, and budgets are handled by the paid media team. Your focus will be the owner relationship and helping them understand and act on their results.
** Responsibilities
* ** Serve as the main point paid media of contact for your franchise owners.
* Run recurring performance review meetings and keep them useful and clear.
* Turn data from Google Ads, Meta, and Local Services Ads into plain-English recommendations, explaining KPIs like cost per lead, conversion rate, ROAS, and impression share without the jargon.
* Build charts, dashboards, and summaries that make performance easy to understand at a glance.
* Handle tough conversations when results dip, staying honest and focused on the solution.
* Set clear expectations and build franchisee confidence in the program.
* Relay franchisee feedback to the paid media team and follow up until it is resolved.
** Qualifications
* ** 2+ years in client-facing account management or client success.
* 1+ years of full-time hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta. You will not run campaigns in this role, but you need to know the platforms well enough to hold a credible strategy conversation.
* Comfortable leading recurring client meetings and answering questions on the spot.
* Proficient with Google Sheets, Excel, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
* Uses AI tools to work faster and more efficiently.
* Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and keep them healthy through changes in performance.
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Franchise or multi-location experience
* Local lead generation background
* Familiarity with GA4, Google Business Profile, and call tracking platforms
* Home services industry knowledge
