Telemarketer

About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and persuasive Telemarketer to join their sales support team in Kimberley . This hybrid role will involve a combination of remote work and some in-office presence, focused on outbound calling to generate leads, schedule appointments, and promote Our client's products or services. You will be an integral part of the sales funnel, responsible for initiating contact with potential customers and identifying qualified prospects for the sales team.

The ideal candidate is comfortable on the phone, possesses excellent communication skills, and is driven to achieve targets in a flexible work arrangement, contributing to lead generation efforts and driving business growth.

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest in products and services.
• Clearly articulate product benefits and value propositions over the phone.
• Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team based on prospect interest.
• Gather customer information and update contact databases accurately.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide basic product information.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets for calls made and appointments set.

• Previous experience in telemarketing , sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Resilience and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model , with reliable remote work setup and ability to attend office as required.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with dialer systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
