At Art of Drawers, Territory Sales Representatives use those same skills to help homeowners solve frustrating storage issues with custom solutions. No design degree required. This position is anchored in Provo and serves homeowners across Utah Valley.

• Commission-based earnings: 10% on company-generated sales and 19% on self-generated sales. No base salary.
• Flexible part-time schedule:
  Build your territory around the days you choose as your pipeline grows.
• Monthly bonuses based on performance.
• Mostly field work: 90% in client homes, 10% home office.

• Meet homeowners in their homes to understand their storage frustrations.
• Recommend custom solutions that solve their problems. This is consultative sales, not pushy sales.
• Follow up with clients to ensure they are happy and to earn referrals.
