Salary range  (but not limited to): 47,100 - 57,500

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

Work Schedule:

35 hours per week

Monday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (working five 8-hour shifts and a 1 hour break)

The work schedule will include all Saturdays for the first year. After 12 months, you’ll have the opportunity to transition to a 5-week rotation

During the first year, working on statutory holidays is required, and you’ll be compensated according to labor standards.

During the training phase, you may be asked to come in up to 4 days a week. After the successful completion of training, we offer a hybrid work model that provides the balance between working from home and enjoying meaningful in-person interactions.

What you’ll do here:

Play a key role in optimally protecting our customers’ most valuable assets by advising them on appropriate insurance products, answering their product questions and guiding them through the next steps.

Analyze individual customer needs, promote and cross-sell personal insurance products and services.
