The Field Market Manager would frequently serve as a combination of a salesperson, customer service representative, technical specialist, and financial advisor. The Field Market Manager is a point of contact and provides customer support, upselling, technical assistance, and general relationship management.

The Field Market Manager is a point of contact and provides customer support, upselling, technical assistance, and general relationship management.
EssentialFunctions
- Develop a short and mid-term sales territory strategy, considering market, key accounts, ENVE dealer base, and consumer insight balanced against ENVE’s long-term objectives.
- Principal sales rep in-territory, focused on activities related to sell-in and sell-through.
- Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Gather key market input, “voice of customer” feedback and provide to leadership team to help calibrate future strategy and direction.
- Function as ENVE primary point of sales contact in dedicated territory. Utilize phone, email, and Zen Desk systems to achieve communication SLA’s and provide best in class service to dealers.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the Product, Promotions, and Supply Chain groups.
- Spend time traveling for dealer visits and key event support.
- Manage POP program with accounts.
- Maintain a safe and orderly work environment.
- Adhere and uphold all Company policies and procedures.
- Follow all procedures as they pertain to this position.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Effective communication and ability to work with all departments.
- Compliance with Company policies (e.g., safety, quality, attendance, etc.).
This job does not have any internal supervisory responsibilities. This is a full-time position; days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day. The position is headquartered out of Ogden, UT although remote work is available for this position. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Requirements- (P) Bachelor’s degree in sales, business, marketing, or other related areas of study.
- (R) 5+ years of experience in customer service, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
- (R) Experience in product forecasting, goal setting, and performance measurement.
- (R) Advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
- (R) Ability to use a computer/tablet/keyboard.
- (R) Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- (P) Proficiency in SAP by Design (or similar ERP system).
Self-motivated, able to work independently and efficiently with general instruction and limited supervision to meet deadlines.
