The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, hybrid role based in Huntington Beach, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. In this position, the representative will handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and online inquiries, providing product information and recommendations tailored to customers’ metalworking and industrial supply needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining accurate customer and account records in the CRM system.

The role will focus on building strong customer relationships, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive and informed service. The Inside Sales Representative will collaborate closely with team members and management to meet sales targets, support promotional campaigns, and contribute to overall revenue growth.

• Demonstrated Inside Sales experience, including managing inbound and outbound customer interactions and closing sales.
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on responsive communication and problem-solving.
• Proven ability in Lead Generation and Account Management to build, grow, and retain a customer base.
• Comfort with CRM systems, order entry, and basic data management to keep customer information and sales activity up to date.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical product details clearly.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in quotes, orders, and follow-ups.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in Huntington Beach, CA, collaborating in-office and remotely as needed.
• Experience in industrial tools, metalworking, or manufacturing environments is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business, sales, or a related field is a plus.
