• Greet customers and provide an exceptional buying experience while exemplifying Timberline's Core Values.
• Build relationships and consult with customers to determine the right building for their needs.
• Respond quickly to inbound web, phone, and social media leads.
• Design custom buildings using our 3D Shed Builder.
• Educate customers on payment options, including our Rent-to-Own program.
• Guide customers through site preparation, delivery, and post-sale support.
• Merchandise the sales lot by maintaining clean displays, accurate pricing, signage, and fresh inventory presentation.
• Capture photos and create social media content highlighting inventory and promotions.
• Maintain accurate customer records, quotes, and follow-up activities within our CRM.
• Contribute to a positive team culture by encouraging teammates, accepting feedback, and demonstrating ownership in everything you do.

• 8-12 buildings sold per month
• Five-minute or less response time to new leads during business hours
• 100% same-day follow-up on all new inquiries
• 25-35% close rate on qualified opportunities
• Strong profit margin management while maintaining an exceptional customer experience
• Accurate quotes, contracts, financing paperwork, and CRM documentation

• Three or more years of consultative sales experience preferred (retail, home improvement, building materials, RV, trailer, automotive, or similar industries)
• A proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
• High integrity with a servant-hearted mindset
• Confidence using CRM software, smartphones, e-signature platforms, and basic spreadsheets
• Ability to work Saturdays
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed around the sales lot
