Trained technicians work in both the shop and field to deliver reliable maintenance and repair services, helping customers keep their equipment operating efficiently.
This is a full-time, hybrid Sales Representative role based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Representative will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and manage relationships with contractors and industrial clients, and promote rental, sales, and service offerings for construction and material handling equipment. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and cold calling, conducting on-site visits, preparing quotes and proposals, and negotiating terms within company guidelines.
The role also involves coordinating with service and rental teams to ensure customer satisfaction, tracking account activity in CRM tools, and meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics. The Sales Representative will represent Warrior Machinery at industry events and provide ongoing support and follow-up to maintain long-term customer partnerships.
- Demonstrated skills in B2B sales, account management, and customer relationship building in industrial or construction-related markets.
- Experience with prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation, including use of CRM systems and basic sales reporting tools.
- Knowledge of construction or material handling equipment, rental and service operations, or a strong willingness to learn technical product details.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain product benefits and value propositions clearly.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including planning daily activities, managing a territory, and prioritizing customer needs.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, traveling within the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area and surrounding counties as needed.
- Previous experience in equipment sales, industrial sales, or related fields is highly beneficial.
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company policy for field travel.
