Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Junior Business Development Manager to support the growth of a healthcare consulting activity in the US. You will develop relationships with pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, diagnostics, and other life sciences companies.

Work setup: Primarily on-site in Princeton, New Jersey, with up to 1.5 remote-working days per week.

Compensation: Annual base salary between USD 70,000 and USD 80,000, plus USD 7,000 PMO and a variable component of 3% of revenue above 40%.

• Create and develop a portfolio of clients and prospects in the United States.
• Identify new opportunities among healthcare and life sciences companies.
• Prospect and arrange meetings with senior decision-makers.
• Understand clients’ innovation, strategy, and market development challenges.
• Develop tailored commercial proposals with the project teams.
• Present and negotiate consulting proposals.
• Act as the interface between clients and consulting teams, monitor sold engagements, and contribute to client satisfaction.
• Gradually develop existing accounts, identify expansion opportunities, and contribute to the growth of the US business.

• Higher education degree, ideally a Master’s degree from a business school, engineering school, or university.
• Junior profile with at least a first experience in business development, consulting, or B2B services sales.
• Final-year students may be considered if they demonstrate strong commercial potential.
• Strong interest in healthcare, life sciences, innovation, and the US market.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executives and senior decision-makers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy, attention to detail, and results orientation.
• Ability to work in a demanding international environment.
