Entry level Life Insurance Agent

We are seeking motivated and coachable individuals to join our growing financial services team. As a Financial Services Agent, you will help individuals and families build financial security through life insurance, retirement strategies, and wealth protection solutions.

This role is ideal for individuals who are entrepreneurial, people-oriented, and looking to build a long-term career with flexible income potential and leadership opportunities.

• Educate clients on financial strategies, including life insurance and retirement planning
• Conduct virtual or in-person client consultations
• Customize financial solutions based on client needs and goals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow up with prospects and manage a pipeline of leads
• Participate in ongoing training and development
• (Optional) Recruit, train, and mentor new agents

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a growth mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Must be willing to obtain a state life insurance license (if not already licensed)
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
