Remote PCA Sales Agronomist

- California GPAC has partnered with a top-rated Agriculture Company looking to add a few qualified PCA Agronomy Sales Advisor's to their team. Most urgent counties include Fresno, Kern, Kings, Madera, Merced, Monterey, Stanislaus, Colusa, and Sacramento. Are you an experienced Sales Agronomist with a strong background in agricultural sales? We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused professional to join our team and help growers maximize crop health, yields, and profitability.
You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with growers and agricultural customers
- Scout fields and provide recommendations for pest, disease, and weed management
- Sell and promote crop protection products, fertilizers, and seed
- Develop new business while growing existing accounts
- Provide agronomic solutions tailored to each grower's needs
- Stay current on crop production practices, products, regulations, and industry trends
- Work closely with customers throughout the growing season to help optimize yields and profitability
- Experience in agricultural sales, agronomy, and crop protection.
- PCA required CCA preferred
- A current book of business or established business relationships within the industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of crop production and pest management
- Proven ability to build relationships and develop a customer base
- Sales-driven, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Agricultural degree or related experience
- Must currently reside in California and have a valid U.S. driver's license
