You will support partner success by building strong relationships, driving engagement, coordinating with internal teams, and helping partners improve their performance on the platform. What

You’ll Get Your Hands On

Manage and support a portfolio of food partners across Kuwait
Act as a key point of contact for partners, ensuring strong communication and engagement
Build and maintain positive relationships with restaurant partners and key stakeholders
Support partner onboarding, training, and ongoing platform adoption
Handle day-to-day partner requests, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to improve growth and engagement
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and strong partner satisfaction
Support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and growth initiatives with partners
Identify opportunities to increase partner engagement, sales, and overall platform performance
Prepare account updates, reports, and performance insights to support business decisions
Conduct regular online partner meetings and business reviews
Manage partner communication and follow-ups through online channels
Support commercial activities, negotiations, and partner growth initiatives when required

The Magic You Bring

1–3 years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, business development, or a similar client-facing role
Experience in food delivery, e-commerce, hospitality, restaurants, or a similar industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and respond to partner needs
Commercial awareness and willingness to identify and drive growth opportunities
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working with data, reports, and performance tracking
Comfortable managing partner relationships and meetings remotely
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Good negotiation and presentation skills
Strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
Proficiency in English and Arabic
Strong knowledge of the Kuwait food and restaurant market is a plus
