Role
Sales Enablement Manager focused on driving revenue growth by developing tools, content, training, and insights to enhance sales performance within Rakuten's global e-commerce platform.
Responsibilities- Design and execute enablement programs aligned with business and sales strategies.
- Develop sales materials.
- Track performance metrics like win rates and cycle times.
- Manage enabling technologies.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to standardize processes and refine messaging, balancing immediate results with long-term infrastructure.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales enablement, sales, or marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM, content management, and learning systems.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with Seismic or similar enablement platforms.
B2B ecommerce context, cross‑functional exposure, role reports to Director of Sales Strategy and Enablement.
