Role DescriptionThe Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Green Bay, WI. While this position is primarily office based, occasional work from home opportunities may be available based on performance and team needs. This role involves working with outside sales representatives and handling inbound and outbound sales calls, preparing quotes, purchasing customer specific materials and maintaining inventory targets. Ensure seamless inventory flow and business continuity by establishing, maintaining, and leveraging strategic vendor relationships.
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will collaborate with internal teams—including Sales, Purchasing, and Operations—as well as external suppliers. Daily responsibilities include maintaining customer records, entering sales orders, quotes, purchasing inventory and customer specific orders.

- Clear and professional Communication skills, including active listening and the ability to explain technical or product information in simple terms.
- Attention to detail and basic proficiency with sales systems, order entry, data accuracy, and data maintenance.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Green Bay, WI and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in construction supply, fasteners, hardware, or a related industry is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or sales training is a plus.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, reliability, and a customer-first mindset.
