Nashville IT Staffing BDM Remote

We are partnering with an established staffing firm expanding into Nashville and seeking a proven IT Staffing BDM to grow this largely untapped market.

This is a remote, highly autonomous role working directly with the Managing Director, who is out of state. Candidates must be based in the Nashville area and available for local meetings or events approximately two to three times per month.

Responsibilities

• Develop new IT staffing business throughout Nashville
• Build relationships with technology leaders and hiring managers
• Generate job orders and manage client accounts
• Independently execute a market-growth strategy
• Partner with recruiters to deliver qualified candidates
• Work directly with the Managing Director on growth initiatives

Qualifications

• Proven success in IT staffing sales or account management
• Strong record of generating new business and growing accounts
• Knowledge of the IT staffing market
• Independent, entrepreneurial, and highly motivated
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills
• Located in the Nashville area
