Role Description The Sales Consultant is a full-time, hybrid role based in Winter Park, FL, with flexibility for some work from home. This role focuses on guiding prospective clients through the custom home development process, from initial inquiry to signed agreements. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand their needs, presenting suitable land and development options, preparing and delivering proposals, and maintaining regular follow‑up to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
The Sales Consultant will collaborate closely with internal and external partners, including architects, builders, and real estate professionals, to ensure accurate information and a smooth client experience. The role also involves maintaining CRM records, tracking sales activities, and contributing to business development initiatives to grow The Hope Group’s presence in the Central Florida market.
- Must have an active Real Estate license
- Must have two years of real estate sales exprience, producing over 2 million in sales volume.
- Strong Sales Consulting experience, with the ability to identify client needs, present tailored solutions, and manage a consultative sales process.
- Commitment to Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, focused on building trust, managing expectations, and maintaining long‑term client relationships.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities.
- Consulting skills, with the capacity to advise clients on options, guide decision‑making, and coordinate with architects, builders, and real estate partners.
- Preferred experience in real estate, construction, or custom home development, particularly in the Central Florida market.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software to manage leads, track activities, and report on sales performance.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, with reliable transportation for client meetings and site visits.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is beneficial.
