Job Summary
The Key Account Specialist is a leading driver of customer interactions and sales performance, acting as the face of our customer experience approach. They build deep relationships that deliver value for customers and patients, driving sales growth in a compliant and ethical manner.
LocationThis role covers Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi and requires an employee to be based in Northern Florida to ensure efficient access to the territory. Candidates must reside within the designated geography and be authorized to work in the U.S. Travel is required, 50% of the time within the four states and overall 25–75% travel.
Key Responsibilities- Drive competitive sales growth by identifying and prioritizing high‑potential customers through data analysis.
- Engage in value‑based conversations (in‑person and virtually) to understand customer challenges, decision drivers, pain points, and opportunities.
- Personally tailor customer engagement journeys for target HCPs, leveraging multiple engagement channels.
- Build sustained collaboration with HCPs to deliver memorable, customer‑centric experiences beyond clinical differentiation.
- Establish relationships with opinion leaders and top medical influencers at the territory level.
- Gather customer insights, translate feedback into actionable items, and share them with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement solutions addressing unmet customer and patient needs.
- Act as a trusted partner, maintaining compliance, integrity, and transparency in all interactions.
- Experience in sales within Healthcare/Pharma or related business with a network targeting key customers.
- Knowledge of specific products is desirable.
- Strong account management, commercial excellence, and customer insight skills.
- Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, compliance, and conflict‑management skills.
- Cross‑functional coordination experience in the healthcare sector.
- Technical proficiency and operational excellence in streamlining workflows and data‑driven decision making.
- Project and portfolio management expertise.
- Strategic leadership and vision capabilities.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to operate a vehicle safely.
Competitive salary ranging from $100,400 to $186,400 per year, with final determination based on experience and performance. Additional compensation includes restricted stock units, discretionary awards, 401(k) contributions, tuition reimbursement, adoption and surrogacy reimbursement, fitness program reimbursement, and paid sick, casualty, vacation, holidays, and personal days.
