As a Sales Intern at Dev Tailored, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business reach. Your primary responsibility will be identifying potential clients- such as local schools, shops, and startups and introducing them to our custom software engineering, website development, and ERP packages. This is a commission-only internship offering high earning potential, where you are compensated based on closed deals.

• Identify and pitch potential leads (schools, shops, startups) for software/web services
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain pricing packages
• Coordinate client meetings with the Dev Tailored tech team
• Maintain active communication and follow-ups with prospective leads
• Report progress regularly to the operations team

• Commission-Only Model:
  This is a commission-only Sales Intern role. There is no base salary, fixed monthly stipend, or travel allowance.
• Base Commission:
  You will earn a base commission of 10% of the project value on every closed deal that successfully signs and completes payment with Dev Tailored.
• Performance Bonus:
  If you close 3 or more client orders in any 15-day period, your commission for those projects increases to a tiered 15% to 20% of the project value.

  All commissions are processed and paid out within 7 days after client clearance payment is received and verified by Dev Tailored.
• Leads Ownership:
  All client leads, inquiries, contact channels, and signed accounts generated during your internship belong exclusively to Dev Tailored.
• Confidentiality:
  You must maintain strict confidentiality of Dev Tailored pricing lists, client communications, contract structures, internal databases, and company tools. Disclosing these to third parties is grounds for immediate termination and legal action.
• Internship Duration:
  Starts as a 30-day program, which is fully renewable based on your performance, attendance, and closed deals metrics.
• Termination:
  This agreement can be terminated by either party at any time with a 7-day prior written notice.
