Fisher Organization is expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join our remote sales team. This opportunity is designed for people who want to develop strong sales skills, work directly with families, and have the opportunity to advance into leadership.
No previous insurance experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, and a structured development process.
What You'll Do- Meet virtually with individuals and families to understand their needs
- Present benefit and life insurance solutions
- Follow a proven sales and client-service process
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development
- Build strong communication, sales, and leadership skills

Because we work in the life insurance industry, candidates selected to move forward must obtain the appropriate state insurance license. Guidance and support are provided throughout the licensing process.
We are looking for individuals who are serious about building a career, willing to be coached, and prepared to put consistent effort into their development.
Requirements Requirements- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Willing to learn and follow a structured sales process
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote workspace
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be eligible to obtain a state life insurance license
- Sales, customer service, or leadership experience is a plus, but not required
- No insurance experience required — training is provided
