Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday. 10:00am to 7:00pm Pacific Time. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday off.

This is a four-day week, and it is the whole reason the seat exists. Our customers are American small business owners. The ones who sit down and take our assessment on a Saturday morning are the ones actually working on their business instead of only in it, and right now nobody calls them until Monday afternoon. By then the moment is gone and so is the sale.

You are the person who reaches them while it still counts.

That is the honest trade. You work when your friends are off and you are off when they are working. Three consecutive days in the middle of the week is real time, not scraps. For the right person that is an upgrade, and if it is not one for you, this is the wrong seat and we would both rather know now.

You need to be able to work 10:00am to 7:00pm Pacific reliably, wherever you live.

Honor and Fire is a business education company serving small business owners and entrepreneurs across the country. We built a 50,000-person ecosystem, a 30,000-person email list, and a growing membership community almost entirely through organic content. The product works and the audience is already there. We are building the sales engine to put fuel on it, and you would be one of the first reps in the door.

That timing matters. The people who build the machine are the ones who run it later.

You live on the phone. We hand you people who already raised their hand, took our assessment, started a trial, opted in, and your job is to call them while the iron is hot and move them to the next step.

• Run our power dialer against a pipeline that is already built in our CRM, no cold lists and no scraping
• Move assessment-takers into a trial, and trials into paid membership
• Spot the people ready for more and book them with our closer for our certification offer
• Own a clear set of numbers: conversations, conversions, appointments booked, and shows
• Take coaching on your calls every week and implement it the same day

This is a volume role and a quality role at the same time. You will make a lot of calls, and the ones that matter you will handle like they are the only call that day. The back end of the day matters as much as the weekend does. Late afternoon and early evening is when an owner finally stops running the shop and picks up, so your last stretch is often your best one.

• Comfort living on the phone all day, and the resilience that requires
• Coachability above everything. You want the feedback, and you do not get precious about being corrected
• Ownership of your number. When you are behind you out-dial it, you do not explain it
• Enough organization to work a pipeline without someone standing over you, because this is remote and nobody is watching your screen
• Clear, confident, professional spoken English
• A quiet place to work, a reliable computer, and internet good enough to be on calls all day
