Location: Delhi
Drive sales success with Move Smart Rentals as a Remote Sales Manager. Lead your team of Account Managers through warm inbound leads, demos, and upsell opportunities.
This is a unique role where you will manage a remote sales team, guiding them to achieve weekly and monthly targets. Your strong experience in coaching and accountability will optimize pipeline movement and owner sign-ups. You'll be instrumental in improving team performance through effective coaching and smart use of AI tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coach remote Account Managers to exceed targets
• Drive execution on demos, follow-ups, and CRM activity
• Review CRM activity and perform team performance analysis
• Conduct 1:1s, call coaching, and scorecard reviews
• Manage accountability for conversion and file progress
Requirements:
• 8+ years of total sales experience
• 4+ years in sales management, improving performance
• 2+ years managing remote sales teams
• Strong CRM and reporting skills
• Confident leader fostering accountability
