In this role, you'll work virtually with new and existing members, helping them understand available benefits, guiding them through the enrollment process, answering questions, and providing ongoing support.

No previous insurance experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and continued professional development to help you build the skills needed to succeed.

As a Member Onboarding Associate
, you'll help create a professional and supportive experience for members from their initial appointment through enrollment and continued service.

• Connect with members through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

• Welcome new members and explain the enrollment process

• Identify individual and family benefit needs

• Educate members about available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options

• Answer questions and explain coverage in clear, easy-to-understand terms

• Assist eligible members with applications and enrollment

• Review existing coverage and assist with beneficiary or policy updates

• Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up

• Maintain accurate digital records and documentation

• Build long-term relationships through consistent, professional communication

This position combines customer service, member education, relationship building, and consultative insurance sales
.

Work remotely from anywhere within the United States. Client appointments, training, coaching, and team communication are handled virtually.

Build a schedule around your personal and professional goals while maintaining the consistency necessary to serve members successfully.

Spend your time assisting individuals who have requested information about available benefits. Leads are provided at no cost.
