Direct management of a defined sales territory, both national and international

Maintenance and expansion of existing business relationships

Active acquisition of new customers and projects

Development of concepts and solutions for our clients

Responsibility for sales and revenue, with direct reporting to senior management

Implementation of company objectives and consistent exploitation of market potential

Market monitoring and expansion of our market position

Development and implementation of new product ideas and marketing concepts

Sales Representatives in the fields of filtration, food, industry / building chemicals, personal care / home care, road construction or animal nutrition.

Technical or commercial training, or a relevant university degree

Professional experience in product management or sales; expertise in road construction is desirable but not required

Strong communication and networking skills, with a confident and dynamic presence

High level of commitment and initiative to launch new projects or product developments and actively contribute to their implementation

Structured and independent working style with a strong focus on quality ("hands-on" mentality)

Excellent German and English skills, along with very good MS Office proficiency

Willingness to travel internationally
