Cardiovascular Territory Account Specialist – Rochester, NY

Key Responsibilities:

• Navigate and resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
• Build and execute a strategic territory plan aligned to shared priorities to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
• Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
• Use market/competitive knowledge and cross-functional insights to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
• Use territory data and trends to uncover local insights, support pull-through, and lead customer engagements (virtual or in person).
• Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex problems collaboratively.
• Provide real-time access support with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Use digital tools and omnichannel strategies to personalize outreach (virtual and face-to-face).

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similar complex sales environments (including large, geographically dispersed teams) within the last 5 years;
  Associate level: limited prior sales experience encouraged.
• Proven success selling to large accounts/key customers.
• Self-starter with strong analytics and ethical leadership/compliance.
• Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60-80%; valid driver's license.

• Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account strategy, and new product launches.
• Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.
