Manager, Consumer Lending Direct Sales

• Meet growth objectives and lending volume through the consumer lending direct sales channel
• Hire, train, mentor, and coach a professional sales team with the Director of Consumer Lending Direct Sales
• Implement, manage, and track individual lender goals and sales plans
• Monitor productivity, results, sales progress, and member satisfaction
• Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings and develop action plans for lenders not on track
• Observe lender calls and review monthly call recordings for quality standards
• Develop communication scripts and coach the team on etiquette
• Coordinate sales meetings, set weekly goals, and develop team contests
• Forecast monthly and annual sales volumes and goals
• Develop and implement strategies for achieving sales goals
• Use Lodestar to track progress and lead generation
• Process and analyze employee loan requests, including applications, documentation, product recommendations, payment protection, closing documents, and loan funding
• Maintain knowledge of credit union consumer lending products
• Review timecards, determine time-off eligibility, create monthly schedules, and review monthly work-from-home arrangements
• Assist with member and employee issues or concerns
• Research, analyze, and recommend enhancements to programs and offerings
• Keep the Director informed of lending activities, needs, and problems
• Prepare and submit applicable loan reports
• Conduct annual performance evaluations for direct reports with the Director
• Adhere to S.E.R.V.I.C.E. standards and credit union policies, procedures, laws, history, philosophy, bylaws, and operational procedures
• Perform other duties assigned by leadership

• Minimum of 3 years of previous Lending experience
• Minimum of 1 year in a leadership role running a sales channel
• Experience with CRM and LOS system preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to meet sales objectives in a fast paced and professional environment
• Ability to determine customers' eligibility and acceptability of loan risk based on income, debt, employment history and other credit data required for loan approval
• Must be able to achieve all aspects of job performance while adhering to company Mission, Vision and Values
• Must adhere to all company procedures and policies and applicable state and national laws
• Must be able to work extended hours and Saturdays as needed

Demonstrates expertise in consumer lending, sales management, and team leadership, with a strong focus on achieving sales objectives and maintaining high standards of member satisfaction. Proficient in utilizing CRM and LOS systems to track performance and enhance lending processes.
