Language Known
- Fluent in English and Hindi along with proficiency in 2 of these regional languages Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.

As a Customer Success Associate, youre not just supporting users; you're guiding photographers, businesses, and event professionals toward their ideal photo-sharing experience. You'll help users leverage features like AI-enabled uploads, custom galleries, digital albums, and more, ultimately growing retention, satisfaction, and revenue.

• Lead Generation & Conversion
  - Identify leads, give demos, and close deals.
• Onboarding
  - Guide new users through our features and ensure smooth setup.
• Customer Engagement
  - Stay in touch with customers, understand their problem, and build long term relationships.
• Retention & Growth
  - Work on renewals and upsell to existing customers.
• Feedback
  - Share customer feedback with Product & Engineering to shape the product roadmap.

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Communications, or related fields).
• 1+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or Support, preferably in SaaS, digital products, or subscription-based services.
• Fluent in English and Hindi along with proficiency in 2 of these regional languages
  - Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and client engagement skills.
• Comfortable using CS tools, CRM, and analytics platforms (e.g., Gainsight, Hub Spot, Salesforce, or in-house tools).
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a love for helping customers succeed.
