Remote Support Position

In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact, helping answer questions, guide conversations, and walk individuals through the next steps using virtual tools and online systems.

• Respond to individuals who have requested additional information
• Schedule and conduct virtual meetings and informational appointments
• Explain program details clearly, professionally, and accurately
• Assist with online applications, forms, and digital documentation
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as needed
