As a successful Business Advisor, often called a Business Broker or Mergers and Acquisitions Advisor, you will earn substantial commissions.
Last year, Transworld’s top advisor scored more than $3 million, and every year 15 or more exceed $1 million
. At least 250 or more of our agents exceed $100k every year in gross commissions. Results vary based on effort, experience, market conditions, and closed transactions.
Can you sell a free appointment with a business owner or buyer?
Can you earn a business owner’s trust, listen carefully, take good notes, and convince them to sign a listing agreement with no upfront cost?
Can you prepare compelling information about a business, follow up with buyers, arrange meetings, help negotiate offers, and keep a transaction moving toward closing?
If so, you may have what it takes to become a Transworld Business Advisor.
A real estate license is not required to sell businesses in Nebraska or Iowa. Licensed advisors may also earn commissions from related real estate transactions. It’s a great path into commercial real estate for those who already have or may want to get a license.
You’ll have the independence to build your own practice with support from an established brokerage network. Full-time preferred, but part-time options available. Set your own schedule, be your own boss.
