** Pay Range: $41,000 - $59,000
**** What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):
*** Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner on incoming sales calls, electronic communications
* Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions
* Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications
* Present price, credit and terms in accordance with standard procedures and customers' profitability profiles
* Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes, and warranty upgrades
* Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sale items
* Educate customers about terminology, features, benefits, and new owner experiences of products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction
* Setup and maintain customer files
* Works in conjunction with Sales Support to resolve customer issues or complaints
* Provide accurate information regarding availability of in-stock items, shipment dates and expected date of delivery
* Be flexible to maintain a retail schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays.
* Work is performed in a Call Center environment but can lead to work from home in the Lexington, KY area
* Perform other duties as assigned.
** What You’ll Need (Qualifications):
*** 1-3 years of Sales experience preferred.
* Experience in sales.
* Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
