The Broker Relationship Manager (BRM) is responsible for managing all available resources to help achieve sales growth, improve results and operational goals within the assigned market while also helping to coordinate on a national level.
You will maintain and support all external field sales resources within the market (individual Agents, Agencies, and Partners). In this role, you will also develop external market engagement and sales strategy in coordination with the Director, local markets, tele-sales executives and account executives, including all sales support. You will also work closely with other BRM’s to support national and regional Partners to ensure there is a consistent Agent experience in all markets.

Required Qualifications- Ability to have almost daily face to face interactions with field sales resources
- Active Health Insurance license within the stated region OR ability and willingness to obtain within 90 days
- 5+ years of sales experience (B2B, B2C)
- Prior experience using CRM tools, Sales/Marketing Resources, Microsoft Office with proficiency in TEAMS, Excel, and Power Point
- Valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits (or higher, based on state requirements).
- Must reside or be willing to relocate to the assigned region (San Diego, CA)
- This position requires approximately 50% or more travel with some overnight stays
- 2+ years of sales experience in the Medicare industry
- Prior experience with public speaking and presentations
- Prior background as an insurance broker or independent agent
- Bilingual with the ability to speak, read and write inboth
English and Spanish without limitationsor assistance - Bachelor's degree
- Prior Sales leadership experience leading and training a team of sales associates, utilize technology tools and building relationships with communities and medical providers
This position works standard business hours but may require some weekends and evenings based on business needs. Work at Home Requirements:
