Develop personalized insurance solutions that provide genuine security for families and small business owners in our community.

Reach out to prospective clients to understand their needs and discuss how our agency can support them.

Manage and nurture a growing book of business by conducting regular policy reviews and updates.

Provide clear explanations of coverage options, ensuring every client feels confident and informed about their protection.

Collaborate with the agency team to maintain high service standards and reach our collective goals.

Process new business applications and policy changes with careful attention to detail.

Experience in insurance sales or high-volume customer service roles

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office software

Exceptional verbal communication skills and a friendly, welcoming phone manner

Strong organizational skills for managing client follow-ups and documentation

Not required but desirable attributes:
