We are looking for someone who wants to join a fast-paced growing company, is comfortable with change and has the flexibility to change priorities at a moment’s notice.

The Assistant Regional Manager is responsible for the installation and training of new customers and growth and retention of Clear Captions customers in their assigned region within the United States. The Assistant Regional Manager will actively hire, train, develop and manage Part Time Territory Training & Sales Manager (PT TTSMs) located within their territory. The PT TTSM’s are responsible for accepting marketing work orders, installation and training new Clear Captions customers.

The PT TTSM’s are responsible for generating new Clear Captions revenues, through new customer acquisitions by attaining and installation of customer referrals. The PT TTSM’s are also responsible to retain their existing customers in their territories by responding to their needs…
