In this role, you'll work directly with residential customers, provide expert comfort recommendations, and play an important part in helping families improve their homes while growing your own career.

You'll have the opportunity to earn performance-based compensation ranging from $50,000 to $125,000 per year

As an HVAC Sales Rep - Comfort Advisor, you will travel throughout the service area meeting with homeowners, conducting professional HVAC consultations, and evaluating their heating and cooling needs. You will identify opportunities to improve comfort and efficiency, present customized system recommendations, answer customer questions, and guide homeowners through the decision-making process. Every interaction will allow you to showcase exceptional customer service while building lasting relationships and delivering solutions that truly make a difference.

• In-home sales experience
• Familiarity with residential HVAC systems
• Ability to use company-provided technology
• Ability to service Lancaster, Buffalo, West Seneca, Cheektowaga, and Amherst, NY
• Customer facing experience is preferred
