Adventure Ready Brands is looking for a driven, ambitious Sales Representative who is ready to take on greater responsibility, make an impact, and grow with a growing company.

This is an early-career opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of sales experience who wants more ownership and the opportunity to make a bigger impact. You’ll build and grow customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and work closely with our sales leadership team to deliver results.

** What You’ll Do
*** Own and grow sales within an assigned territory and portfolio of accounts.
* Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to expand sales and product assortment.
* Develop new business and pursue opportunities with new and existing customers.
* Build and execute account plans to achieve sales and margin goals.
* Partner with customers, Rep Groups, and internal teams to execute sales strategies.
* Monitor account performance, forecast sales, and use data to identify opportunities and make informed decisions.
* Take ownership of customer needs, solve problems, and follow through to deliver results.
* Travel to customer meetings, trade shows, Rep Group meetings, and other sales activities.## Qualifications

* Curious, coachable, and eager to learn.
* Strong business judgment and problem-solving skills.
* Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
* Ability to travel approximately 40–50%.
