Instrumentl is hiring a remote SMB & Commercial Sales Manager to lead a 6–8 person AE team, coaching both inbound and outbound motions. You’ll own key metrics, drive full lifecycle deals with multi-stakeholder buyers, and partner with Marketing and Rev Ops to optimize lead quality and routing. The role emphasizes AI-enabled selling and disciplined CRM hygiene.
You will report to the VP of Sales and help scale the team as the product expands to larger, higher-value deals with nonprofit buyers.
