What You’ll Do

Compensation is commission‑based and varies by production level, product mix, and participation program.

Typical earnings from our experience range based on experience:

• $3,000‑$8,000/month
  for new agents during onboarding
• $8,000‑$15,000/month
  for agents with consistent production
• $15,000‑$30,000+/month
  for experienced, high‑performing producers

Individual results will vary based on effort, sales activity, product offerings, and market conditions.

Required

• Active Life Insurance License
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable internet connection and home office setup
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Errors & omissions insurance

Preferred

• Previous sales experience
• Insurance industry experience
• Medicare, ACA, health insurance, or financial services background
