We are experiencing rapid growth and are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Representative to expand our presence in the healthcare market. In this role, you will help accelerate product adoption, build meaningful practitioner relationships, and directly contribute to improving patient outcomes. The Role & Your Impact In this field-based role, you will own sales performance within your assigned territory, developing and growing relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and wellness centers throughout the Washington, DC area . You will serve as a trusted advisor, connecting microbiome science with tangible patient benefits while delivering ambitious growth targets. This role combines strategic territory planning, business development, and relationship management to drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities include:

Drive territory growth by prospecting, identifying, and developing new healthcare professional (HCP) accounts.

Execute strategic territory plans to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.

Build and maintain long-term partnerships with healthcare practitioners through regular engagement and follow-up.

Deliver compelling product presentations, clinical discussions, and educational sessions in both virtual and in-person settings.

Develop deep expertise in the Microbiome Labs portfolio and stay current with industry trends and competitive developments.

Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

Track and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities and optimize territory strategy.

Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience

Experience with in healthcare, medical, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or related industries preferred

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving territory growth

Strong hunter mentality with the ability to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to translate scientific concepts into clear, compelling insights for customers.

Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing a territory independently.

Proficiency using CRM systems and sales performance tracking tools.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively throughout the territory.

Additional Skills & Interests We Value While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

Experience calling on healthcare practitioners, wellness clinics, or integrative healthcare professionals.

Knowledge of microbiome science, probiotics, digestive health, or nutritional supplements.

Experience presenting clinical or scientific information to healthcare audiences.

Success in a fast-growing or entrepreneurial sales environment.
