A company in the field of AI-powered commercial space planning is hiring an Account Executive. This New York listing offers remote work during US business hours, with a focus on winning new B2B SaaS customers.
What You Will Do- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through demos, negotiation and closing.
- Develop outbound opportunities alongside inbound leads.
- Manage complex deals with multiple decision-makers and keep CRM records accurate.
- Work with Product, Marketing and Customer Success to support customer onboarding.
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
- 4+ years closing net-new B2B SaaS business, with proven quota achievement.
- Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
- The ability to explain technical products through their business value.
- Excellent written and spoken English and an independent, proactive approach.
- Experience in commercial real estate, workplace technology, architecture, construction or facilities management is an advantage.
- AI or enterprise software sales, additional languages and experience using AI tools are also advantages.
