Territory Sales Manager

United Window & Door Mfg. Inc. is currently the USA’s largest and fastest growing regional manufacturer of vinyl window and doors. We are looking to continue our growth in the Lower NY State area as well as all of Connecticut.

As a Territory Sales Manager for our company, the candidate will be responsible for the development of new accounts as well as maintaining current accounts. They include lumber yards, dealers, wholesale building materials suppliers, and distributors serving the new construction, remodeling, and replacement window markets. The candidate is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key home builders in the defined territories.

This is a highly visible role in a well-established, high revenue producing territory with a large and loyal customer base.

• MINIMUM 3-5 years’ experience in the wholesale building industry, preferably window and doors.
• Experience selling window/doors to the WHOLESALE, not retail community, is REQUIRED.
• Self-starter who takes direction well and establishes and maintains company goals and objectives.
• Ability to work independently from a home office.
• Some overnight stays are required.
• Secure new business while maintaining existing business.
• Solid communication and presentation skills.
• Basic computer skills including Concur, E-mail, Word, Excel, Power-Point, Outlook.
