This is a fully remote, phone-based life insurance sales opportunity with training and mentorship provided.

Whether your background is in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, recruiting, real estate, automotive sales, or something completely different, previous insurance experience is not required.

You'll receive training and support designed to help you learn:

• How the life insurance industry works
• How to conduct client appointments by phone
• How to identify a client's insurance needs
• How to explain insurance options clearly
• How to complete insurance applications
• How to follow up effectively with prospective clients
• How to develop professional phone and sales skills

You do not need an insurance license to apply or interview.

This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-only sales opportunity.

There is no guaranteed salary or hourly wage. Compensation is based on individual sales production and applicable commission schedules.

This position is conducted remotely through phone/telesales.

Candidates should have reliable internet and phone access, a computer or laptop, and an appropriate workspace for conducting professional client conversations.
