Job Description & How to Apply Below
Position: Healthcare Inside Sales Representative (100% Remote)

Minder is a growing national telehealth company specializing in neuropsychological and psychological evaluations. We help patients access expert diagnostic evaluations for ADHD, autism, traumatic brain injury, Alzheimer’s disease, stroke, and other cognitive and psychological concerns.

Across the country, many patients wait months—or even more than a year—for these specialty evaluations. Through Minder’s innovative telehealth model, patients can often be scheduled within weeks.

We are seeking a full-time Healthcare Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This phone-intensive role focuses primarily on outbound calls to prospective patients who have contacted Minder or been referred by a healthcare provider. Although prior cold-calling experience is required, this position involves warm leads—not traditional cold calling. Responsibilities also include answering inbound calls, scheduling evaluations, explaining insurance coverage and financial responsibility, and supporting patients throughout enrollment.

The ideal candidate is persuasive, compassionate, organized, and motivated by measurable results. This person should enjoy speaking with people throughout the day and feel comfortable helping patients make informed decisions about moving forward with an evaluation.

Responsibilities
  • Outbound Sales:
Contact prospective patients who have expressed interest in Minder, explain our services and evaluation process, answer questions, and guide them toward scheduling.
  • Patient Enrollment:
Use established protocols to help prospective patients understand which Minder service may meet their needs.
  • Insurance and Financial Discussions:
Clearly explain insurance benefits, estimated patient responsibility, payment options, and relevant scheduling requirements.
  • Inbound Support:
Answer patient calls and respond to questions accurately, professionally, and compassionately.
  • Scheduling and Follow-Up:
Schedule appointments, maintain consistent follow-up with prospective patients, and help prevent patients from falling out of the enrollment process.
  • Pipeline Management:
Accurately document patient interactions, next steps, and outcomes in Minder’s systems.
  • Performance:
Meet established goals for call activity, follow-up, scheduling, and patient conversion while maintaining a positive patient experience.
  • Collaboration:

Work closely with Minder’s clinical, administrative, billing, and technical teams to address patient needs and improve service delivery.
Requirements
  • At least two years of successful outbound phone-sales experience, including cold calling
  • Proven ability to overcome objections and meet sales or conversion goals
  • Excellent communication and a warm, persuasive phone presence
  • Strong follow-up, organizational, and computer skills
  • Comfortable discussing insurance coverage and financial responsibility
  • Healthcare sales, customer-service, or patient-enrollment experience preferred
  • Fluent English;
    Spanish is a plus
  • Quiet, professional remote-work environment
Schedule and Remote-Work Expectations
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Monday through Friday, with working hours generally falling between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time
  • Must remain available by phone and computer throughout assigned working hours
  • Minder provides a company computer equipped with standard software used to support security, compliance, productivity, and work-related computer-usage reporting

Minder is a growing company, and this role offers the opportunity to take on greater responsibility over time. High-performing team members may have opportunities to help refine our sales processes, mentor future team members, and grow into a senior or leadership position as the company expands.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Base salary: $52,000 annually
  • Target annual performance incentive: $12,000, with additional earning potential for exceeding performance goals
