Position Available:
Undergraduate Online Admissions Counselor

The Undergraduate Online Admissions Counselor is responsible for making initial contact with inquiries and providing customer service throughout the entire admissions process and beyond. Will work closely with Registrar and Financial Aid. Occasional travel to outside sell at conferences may occur. Sales and customer service skills are a must. It is also important to be self-motivated, efficient, and a good problem solver.

• Make daily calls, texts, and emails to new inquiries and applicants.
• Respond to all calls, texts, and emails in a timely, effective manner.
• Contact existing inquiries to discuss the application process.
• Contact applicants to assist them in completing application.
• Contact admittees to assist with deposit, email set up, and registration.
• Work with financial aid and registrar to ensure smooth process for students.
• Collaborate with academic advising and department chairs.
• Assist in webinars and events.
• Travel to events and conferences to promote FUS online.

• Slate or other CRM experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Interpersonal Skills - effectively uses both formal and informal means of communications and influence.
• Action Oriented - hard working and displays initiative; does not wait to be told or asked to do something.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Sales experience is desired.
• Customer service experience is desired.

• Must be able to work in person.
• Must be flexible to occasionally work evening hours and weekend events.
• Must be able to lift and transport 25 lbs. (recruiting materials)
