Gillis seeks a Regional Director of Sales to lead outbound hotel sales for a portfolio of six multi-branded hotels across the USA/Canada. This is a remote role reporting to an Executive Director of Sales Performance, with travel to client markets as needed.
The position offers a base salary of $70K USD, quarterly incentives, and an annual profit-sharing bonus, plus extensive PTO and comprehensive benefits. Remote work aligns with client hours and in-market visits are required 2–4 times per year.
