Global Head Of Sales United States (Remote)
$130,000 USD + Bonuses
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy.
- Identify and penetrate new international markets and industries.
- Increasing budgets and spend across new clients.
- Oversee the entire sales process from initial prospecting and lead generation to account creation and onboarding.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global sales team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Manage the global sales budget and provide regular, data-driven forecasts to stakeholders.
- Act as a primary brand ambassador for CAASie, ensuring consistent messaging across all global sales initiatives.
- Partner with product and marketing teams to align sales efforts with CAASie's technical capabilities and brand positioning.
- Proven track record of building, running, and scaling multi-region high performance sales teams at a VPor Head Of Sales level.
- Experience with in the ad-tech sector or adjacent industries.
- Deep understanding of marketing agency workflows.
- Preferably based in one of the major USads markets (New York/Los Angeles/Chicago).
