MongoDB is seeking a Director of ISV Partnerships to own the strategy and execution of a greenfield program across vertical and horizontal ISVs. You’ll lead a team of Partner Managers, coach on complex deals, and directly influence key relationships to scale partnerships.
You’ll operate as a player-coach, remain hands-on when needed, and align ISV strategy with Sales, Product, and executive leadership. The role can be based remotely in the United States.
