The Regional Sales Director (Northern CA) establishes and drives sales activities for Imagine Learning offerings within a designated region, transforming opportunity into action every day. Offerings include core market curriculum, courseware, intervention, supplemental, services, and adjacent portfolio. The Regional Sales Director leads and motivates a Sales team to increase revenue/margin from developing brand-new accounts to driving expansion across existing accounts. This position ensures the achievement of sales goals, including analyzing and interpreting sales data, evaluating current business, and identifying new sales opportunities.

The Director develops strategy, target reports, business plans, and executes the plan. Recruits, interviews, hires, trains, and coaches the Sales team. Evaluates goals and conducts performance reviews. Collaborates with internal departments to efficiently and effectively provide best-

in-class service to customers.

This is a regular, full-time position , reporting to the Division Vice President of Sales.

Base pay is anticipated to be between $  and $  per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.

In this US-based position your location will be remote. Candidates that currently reside in Northern CA are highly preferred.

This role requires approximately 50% travel or more , so be sure you have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance and a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months.
