As an Appointment Setter, you'll be the first point of contact for businesses interested in Bossa AI. You'll run a high volume of outbound calls to set qualified appointments for our demo team. We provide the leads, the training, and the scripts — you bring the consistency and hustle.
Responsibilities- Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to provided leads
- Follow proven scripts and handle objections
- Track and update activity in the CRM
- Hit daily and weekly appointment-setting targets
- Consistent, coachable, and willing to put in the hours
- Strong phone presence and clear communication
- Self-motivated with a hungry, competitive mindset
- Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
- Strong commission + bonuses for appointments that show and close
- Performance incentives
