This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Agent, based in Miami, FL, with flexibility to work from home part of the time. The Insurance Sales Agent will be responsible for selling and promoting insurance products to meet customers' unique needs, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong client relationships. The individual will also work closely with insurance carriers, assist customers in selecting optimal insurance options, and achieve sales targets in alignment with company goals.

• Strong skills in Insurance Sales and Sales, including prospecting, lead generation, and achieving quotas
• Experience in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage, with a deep understanding of policies and coverage options
• Exceptional Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively
• Proven organizational and communication skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail
• State insurance license is required
• Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
• Adaptability to a hybrid work environment, with the ability to work both on-site in Miami, FL, and remotely
• Prior experience in the health insurance industry is preferred
